You know, I am partial to our Homer Roaster “Captain’s Coffee Roasters”, but Debra just never bonded to their beans, so we buy DelMundo light roast Columian Supremo. I am okay with Costco Columbian for utility beans, but I have never had a bad cup from a stand that boastxed Illy. It’s the favored bean of Homer’s Michael McGuire, who was judged and voted in Chicago at a national competition a couple of years ago to be the U.S. champion barrista….got a trip to Italy to the Illy home there for him and his family. What was Mandi doing in Vegas? Looking fwd to seeing you….we see AK Air has a $99 special to FBKS. See ya soon! Dad
