		<description>Cracked Pepper sounds pretty good. The mini crisps are a great idea - they&#039;d be perfect for making a tray of hors d&#039;oeuvres. I was going to suggest a chipotle crisp, but I see you already have jalapeno - I haven&#039;t seen those in a store yet though.</description>
